Job Summary:

The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Use a point-of-sale system to ring orders and accurately maintain inventory.
  • Wash and sterilize glassware, and prepare garnishes for drinks.
  • Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
  • Assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, and common drink recipes.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
