Banquet Captain

The Banquet Captain is responsible for the execution of catering functions through the supervision of the catering staff while maintaining the highest standards. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and relate to staff, peers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise catering staff to ensure high-quality service and execution of events.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of all banquet functions, including food, beverage, and service procedures.
- Responsible for the efficiency and productivity of the banquet servers.
- Assist in the supervision of the banquet/catering set up crew.
- At least three years' experience in a comparable facility or related field preferred.
- Aloha or Micros and Caterease experience preferred but not required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
