We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Trade Review Associate to join our team at Stifel Financial Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the licensure and registration of Financial Advisors, reviewing insurance transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Review: Perform initial reviews of all insurance withdrawals, sub-pays, new purchases, and exchanges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Licensure Verification: Verify that Financial Advisors are appropriately licensed and registered to conduct insurance transactions.
- Customer Service: Respond to a high volume of calls from Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants, providing information and assistance with insurance paperwork requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Trade Review Analyst, Sr. Analyst, Supervisor, and Licensing/Registration and Annuity Operations Departments to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: 1+ years' experience in the financial services industry required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
