As a key member of the Air Canada team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance control processes. Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance Control, you will provide administrative support for all aspects of maintenance operations, including data entry, scheduling, and training management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate data entry support for TRAX defects, enabling positive control and on-time performance.
- Liaise with internal departments and third-party technicians to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date training profiles and TRAX processes.
- Support the Manager, MOC in non-technical, administrative, and transactional activities associated with MOC and Cabin MOC.
- Prepare and provide routine defect update performance reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding schedules and change notifications.
- Responsible for the completion and accuracy of MOC employee time exceptions and liaison with eServices to communicate employee status and schedules.
- Provide accurate and updated schedule changes information to MOC Management.
- Support Managers with employee schedule development and identification of anticipated staffing issues and canvassing for overtime.
- Administer AOG booking related to hotel booking, AOG bookings, and reconciling invoices.
- Track and report on MOC employee training status and departmental and branch training compliance using software tools.
