Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Overlook Santa Clarita. As a key member of our multi-family community, you will be responsible for providing timely and courteous maintenance services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
