At Air Canada, we're looking for a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.


As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance activities to ensure our aircraft meet operational requirements and Transport Canada standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure aircraft meet operational requirements and Transport Canada standards.
  • Manage and plan aircraft maintenance as it is performed.
  • Manage resources to meet assigned workloads and corporate schedules.
  • Monitor Air to Ground VHF communication and discuss delays/incidents with departments represented in Station Operations Control Centre (STOC).
  • Record delays/incident/accident and other related maintenance messages into required maintenance systems.
  • Consult with Maintenance Operations Control, System Operation Control, Operations Managers, and Hangar Team Leaders on incoming snags and aircraft faults.
  • Coordinate messages from other departments represented in STOC and communicate with Flight Operations on departure gates.
  • Communicate with all ramp maintenance staff and order parts for operational reasons.


This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as a deep understanding of aviation maintenance procedures.
