Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled On-Site Photo Retoucher and Photographer to enhance our creative team. In this role, you will work in tandem with our marketing team, photographers, and creative professionals to refine and edit images that represent our brand. Your main objective will be to ensure that all imagery adheres to FOCO's quality standards and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Image Editing: Apply your post-production expertise to retouch and enhance images on-site, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative directors to grasp project requirements and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
  • Real-Time Input: Offer immediate feedback during photoshoots to ensure ideal lighting, composition, and overall visual appeal of the images.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold consistency and precision in image editing processes to maintain brand integrity and meet project timelines.
  • Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to comprehend their specific needs and preferences, integrating their feedback into the editing workflow.
  • Technical Proficiency: Keep abreast of the latest retouching techniques, software, and industry developments to enhance the quality of our outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a professional retoucher, with a compelling portfolio that showcases high-quality image editing and retouching capabilities.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant image editing tools.
  • Strong grasp of product templating in Photoshop.
  • In-depth knowledge of color grading, skin retouching, and other techniques pertinent to beauty and fashion photography.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain a consistent editing style and quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with photographers, stylists, and clients.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and client feedback.
