YOUR ROLE:
As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will start each day with a commitment to empowering children to achieve their fullest potential. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Visiting local homes to build meaningful relationships with children while implementing tailored behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress effectively.
  • Documenting session notes with precision to meet insurance standards.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred)
  • Registered and completed 40-hour training

WORK SCHEDULE:
This part-time position offers a flexible evening schedule to accommodate your availability.
