Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of commercial food equipment, including cooking appliances, food preparation tools, dishwashers, packaging machines, and refrigeration units.
- Work independently at customer locations, typically departing from home each morning.
- Achieve or exceed weekly productivity and customer satisfaction targets while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
What you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED, along with 4-6 years of relevant electrical and mechanical experience.
- Experience in refrigeration is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
- Participation in comprehensive training sessions at our corporate headquarters is required.
