Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

Elsdon Group, a leading General Contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans, collaborating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project success.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
