We are seeking a skilled Construction Management Specialist to join our team at Joc Construction LLC. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in construction management, preferably in government projects. A degree in construction management or engineering is preferred but not required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $75,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a 4% company match, and paid time off.

This role involves managing commercial construction projects from concept to completion, including contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Please note that candidates must be able to estimate jobs using line item estimating tools, negotiate subcontract agreements, and provide monthly cost reports and forecasts.
