Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our Masonry and Concrete Restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, masonry repair, and historic restoration.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Western Construction Group as a Construction Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. Your expertise in project management will enable you to effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered and aligned with client objectives.
  • Coordinate with senior management and report directly to the Branch Manager.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management, preferably in masonry and/or concrete restoration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, including structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, masonry repair, and historic restoration.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in directing teams and motivating individuals to achieve high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
