What You'll Do:

As a Front Desk Team Leader, you'll be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to our Guest Service Assistants, ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. You'll resolve customer complaints and complications, making decisions and taking action based on good judgment and communication.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to communicate fluently in English, have friendly and strong people skills, and be somewhat strong in computer skills.
