We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Driftwood Hospitality Management. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operate the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using software and technology to manage front desk operations.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds, with regular movement and standing throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
