About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Bentonville, Arkansas, requiring in-office presence 5 days a week. We're seeking a Director, Technology Operations, to lead the way in redefining how customers shop online. As a key member of the Walmart eCommerce Item Experience team, you'll play a pivotal role in building exciting shopping experiences that attract attention and connect with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect marketing, events, and strategic merchandising experiences on our item and list pages.
  • Work with internal partners like merchant, product, engineering, and UX design to build engaging shopping experiences.
  • Study performance analytics, market trends, competitor experiences, and customer insights to improve or add to the customer experience.
  • Lead key operational processes, including weekly and monthly business reviews, and management of the issues and ideas intake process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years of related experience, or 10+ years of experience in site merchandising, content, eCommerce experience, tech operations, business consulting, corporate strategy, or a related area.
  • Strategy, merchandising, marketing, consulting, or account management experience a plus.
  • Prior eCommerce or retail experience a plus.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior research and project management experience a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
