### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member/Hospitality Clerk. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

### Key Responsibilities

* Create a World Class Guest Experience:

* Greet all guests with a sincere smile and make them feel welcome through a positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Demonstrate company service expectations when serving both dine-in and drive-thru guests.
* Pack orders correctly, ensuring order accuracy, and fill the guest order within company standards.
* Suggest additional items using selling scripts and collect money accurately.
* Maintain all signed meal tickets and coupons.
* Deliver Exceptional Brand Standards, Cleanliness, and Safety:

* Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure that all product holding times are strictly observed.
* Ensure that product displays on the counter or in the display case are properly rotated and attractively displayed.
* Complete assigned housekeeping duties to provide a clean and organized restaurant.
* Ensure that all tasks are accomplished in a safe manner.
* Communicate Openly With Manager and Team Members:

* Listen and follow directions.
* Respond positively to feedback.
* Be honest and courteous when communicating with guests, team members, and managers.
* Communicate positively about the company.
* Demonstrate Team Work:

* Keep supervisor informed of work-related issues.
* Work well with team members.
* Offer help without being asked in all areas of the restaurant.
* Support Company values, goals, and work rules.
* Perform Other Duties as Assigned:

* Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Shift Leader.

### Technical and Other Skills Required

* Must be 16 years old.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States.
* Must be available to work assigned schedule.
* Items lifted are also carried for at least a small distance (e.g., from a supply storage area to a food preparation area).
