About the Role

The Senior Manager, Marketing Platforms position at Marriott International is a key leadership role that supports the vision for marketing platforms across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing platform initiatives and design targeted digital customer experiences.
  • Manage the activation of customer audience segmentation models and integrate various types of content to inspire and engage customers.
  • Analyze performance and inform decisions to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • At least six years of experience in digital product development, CX design, and/or digital marketing with a proven track record of exceptional performance.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience journey, audience segmentation, brand positioning, creative UX design, and integrated marketing strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $132,500. Marriott offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, life insurance, group disability insurance, travel discounts, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, and flexible spending accounts.
