About the Role: Cox Communications is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead Residential current customer lifecycle management strategy for the online channel. This role will report into the Director of Digital Sales & Marketing and will strategize, develop, and implement online marketing and sales programs to drive customer revenue, retain customer relationships, and increase adoption of self-service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic plans for designated Digital Marketing/Communications programs, initiatives, and processes across Residential customer lifecycles including base management, retention, and move/transfer.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Care, Digital Enablement, and other key cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated strategies and plans for the online channel.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of digital self-service tools (account management, service troubleshooting, service education) to reduce operational costs for the business.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing collateral and programs that adhere to online best practices (UXD, SEO, accessibility, etc.).
  • Analyze program results and make data-based recommendations for program evolution.
  • Develop and maintain test and learn roadmap for continuous website conversion improvements.
  • Collaborate across Marketing to ensure all recommended programs are relevant to local markets and compelling in the competitive landscape.
  • Ideate and prioritize the roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field (Marketing/Sales) with 2 of those years in a Digital capacity.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques, including online merchandising, UX/Design, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously as needed.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Possess basic creative and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends/opportunities in reporting and make data-driven decisions.

Salary Range: $117,300 - $195,500 per year.
