Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Registration and Verification: Accurately and efficiently register patients, verify insurance information, and obtain necessary signatures and consents.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve patient and family concerns in a fair and compassionate manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal care delivery.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Proficient in computer systems, medical terminology, and typing (35 wpm). Bilingual skills a plus.
