Resumen del Puesto

El Analista Financiero Senior es una parte integral del equipo de contabilidad y ayuda a garantizar que el proceso de cierre mensual sea lo más eficiente y efectivo posible. Esta posición es responsable de calcular, registrar, verificar y documentar las transacciones financieras necesarias para producir estados financieros precisos y oportunos.

Responsabilidades

  • Contabilidad del libro mayor diario para múltiples entidades.
  • Asistir en la preparación y análisis de informes de gestión mensuales y estados financieros.
  • Preparar y analizar entradas y reportes contables mensuales.
  • Realizar y analizar conciliaciones de cuentas del libro mayor mensuales y resolver elementos de conciliación de manera oportuna.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo de políticas contables y administrar los procedimientos contables aprobados.
  • Apoyar el proceso de auditoría anual.
  • Preparar informes ad-hoc.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.

  • Destreza excepcional para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente con dirección clara y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.

  • Experiencia con software de contabilidad Great Plains preferida.
  • Historial comprobado de finalización oportuna y eficiente de proyectos de alto nivel con supervisión mínima.

Condiciones de Trabajo y Demandas Físicas

Entorno de oficina normal. Requiere estar sentado por períodos prolongados, así como algunas flexiones, inclinaciones y estiramientos. Ocasionalmente levantar archivos o papeles que pesen hasta 30 libras. Requiere coordinación ojo-mano y destreza manual suficiente para operar un teclado, fotocopiadora, teléfono, calculadora y otros equipos de oficina. Requiere un rango normal de audición y visión para registrar, preparar y comunicar informes apropiados. Requiere movilidad suficiente para viajar.

Calificaciones:

  • Mínimo de 4-5 años de experiencia.
  • Título universitario en Finanzas o Contabilidad y/o combinación de título y experiencia requerida.
  • Sin responsabilidad presupuestaria ni capacidad de gasto sin aprobación.

Compensación:

  • Rango salarial base de $75K-$85K por año.
