About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Development Representative to join our team at Sysco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new and existing customers.

Job Description
  • Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
  • Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
  • Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and service to meet those needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small restaurants to large foodservice providers. You will be responsible for building relationships with these customers, understanding their needs, and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.
  • Valid driver's license with a 'clean' driving record (including no multiple DUIs within the last 2 years).

  • Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on location and experience.
