Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the AHA.
- Minimum two years of recent acute care experience in a telemetry unit or similar setting.
