About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Member & Customer Relations team as a Member & Customer Relations Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our members and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our members and customers.
  • Maintain the mail room, ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Interact with members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Oversee inventory and supply orders, ensuring our office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our members and customers.
  • Assist with membership database management, including entering new prospects, address changes, and maintaining volunteer group rosters.
  • Process membership revenue reports and make retention calls as needed.
  • Support the Consultants Listing, making sales and reminder calls, processing payments, and providing data entry support.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including training new employees, setting up meetings, and assisting with equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an association or non-profit.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, regularly, including multiple times daily.
  • STRONGLY Preferred: Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Preferred: Associates Degree in Business or a related field, and hands-on experience working with an Association Management System (AMS) or other type of database.
