Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our Wealth Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Wealth Advisors, including intake, screening, and processing of client information.
  • Stay up-to-date on client meetings and activities, coordinate calendars, and ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be the face of our firm, providing exceptional client service and support.
  • Correspond and respond to client inquiries, document, and follow up.
  • Process investment and insurance service requests, open accounts, and place trades.
  • Provide planning and research support to our Wealth Advisors.
  • Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial industry.
  • Series 7, Life, Health, and Annuities licenses are preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Confidence and adaptability.
  • Drive to help clients and co-workers.
  • Professionalism.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with eMoney and Canva.
