Establishing Preventative Maintenance:

Engaging in various maintenance and engineering aspects will allow you to identify opportunities for ongoing process enhancements.

Health and Safety Leadership:
Promote a culture of safety by proactively identifying risks and taking actions that foster a safe working environment.

Hazard Control:
Stay alert to control-related hazards and incorporate safe practices into your daily activities.

Technical Expertise:
Accurately interpret engineering schematics to support the design and development of manufacturing processes that meet product specifications.

Strategic Equipment Selection:
Choose equipment that aligns with manufacturing specifications and project requirements for optimal performance.

Maintenance Planning:
Utilize maintenance records to formulate preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that enhance machine reliability.

Process Optimization:
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality.

Controls Engineering Application:
Leverage your knowledge of controls engineering to oversee the design and implementation of solutions that improve manufacturing systems.

Ergonomic Considerations:
Apply ergonomic principles to minimize risks and create a workplace that supports employee well-being.

Manufacturing Knowledge:
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and be open to implementing changes that foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:
A college degree or equivalent is required.

Experience:
A foundational level of relevant work experience is necessary. Candidates should possess a relevant college degree or equivalent experience.

Onsite Role:
This position requires 100% onsite presence.

Compensation:
The salary range is a good faith estimate, with the final offer determined based on qualifications and experience.
