At SHS TPS FX, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will provide support to our Accounting Manager, Director of Hotel Accounting, and General Manager with various accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data
  • Assist in the payment of corporate bills and collection of debts
  • Enforce financial and inventory controls
  • Maintain knowledge of company financial rules and policies
  • Process cash disbursement and cash receipts
  • Perform month-end close reconciliation
  • General cashier duties
  • Work with third-party OTA
  • Process and investigate chargebacks
  • Maintain internal audit
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excel knowledge mandatory
  • FOSSE experience preferred
