Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Manager to join our team. As a Survey Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our survey operations and ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement survey plans and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient data collection
  • Lead and manage a team of survey personnel to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure that survey requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure that all survey data is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in project management and team leadership
  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in California or other relevant state
  • Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques, including GPS surveying and electronic data collection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
