Nurse Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a member of our outpatient dialysis team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical needs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
