Position Overview:
As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for inspecting, assembling, and fine-tuning firearm components, including conducting gallery tests and packaging a diverse range of firearms. Flexibility in working with various models is essential to enhance your skill set. While the specific assembly tasks may differ based on the model, the fundamental assembly procedures remain consistent across most firearm types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the department and facility.
  • Collaborate with team members to address challenges and implement effective improvements.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding issues and updates with colleagues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, make necessary adjustments, and test the functionality of completed components.
  • Perform visual inspections to identify any defects during handling and final assembly.
  • Assemble components according to established processes.
  • Execute repairs as needed on a daily basis.
  • Track production output and maintain accurate daily records.
  • Complete required tracking transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure tools are maintained and in good working condition.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized.
  • Meet production targets consistently.
  • Learn multiple roles and rotate as necessary.
  • Be prepared for potential overtime requirements.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience: 0-2 years in a manufacturing or production setting.
Language Skills: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is necessary for effective communication, understanding process instructions, and recording relevant information.
