  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Train and develop maintenance technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial technology) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving history report.

Working Conditions:

The Maintenance Team Leader will work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment, with exposure to electrical panels, power distribution switchgear, and other equipment. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
