About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Inspector to join our team at Orkin. As a Sales Inspector, you will be responsible for understanding our termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 360 inspections of homes to identify potential pest issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their pest control needs are met.
  • Utilize our comprehensive training program to stay up-to-date on the latest pest management techniques and products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting new business and assigned leads.
  • Work independently in the field, interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely use a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds.
