POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salon Reception Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service, effectively communicating our service offerings, and promoting our membership programs that provide savings for our clients. Previous experience in a salon or retail environment is preferred, along with a passion for beauty and customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide detailed explanations of all services, including preparation and aftercare instructions.
  • Promote our Membership Savings Program and retail products to enhance client savings.
  • Ensure a remarkable client experience through effective communication and a friendly demeanor.
  • Engage with clients via various communication channels, adhering to brand standards and professionalism.
  • Assist in operational tasks such as inventory management, cleanliness, and scheduling.
  • Support social media initiatives while following brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting salon atmosphere.
  • Handle opening and closing duties as a keyholder.
  • Utilize multiple software programs for tracking leads, scheduling, and client communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in salon or retail sales is essential.
  • Experience with opening and closing procedures independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Familiarity with MindBody Software is a plus.
  • This is a permanent position.
