WHO WE ARE:The Lash Lounge Village at Newtown is the premier salon for Lash Extensions located at 2802 S. Eagle Road, in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center. Located near McCaffreys and Adorn Me, we offer a focused menu of services including Lash Perming, Lash and Brow Tinting, Threading, Brow Laminations, and Lash Extensions. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes through thoughtful consultation and education. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a motivated, optimistic, outgoing, and professional Salon Front Desk Sales Associate for our Newtown salon. The ideal candidate's focus will be on communicating all aspects of our services, providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests money) and cultivating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a salon setting or working with memberships, including retail sales, booking clients, social media, and using various computer software programs. If you enjoy talking with guests and have outstanding Customer Service, we may be looking for youRESPONSIBILITIES:Thoroughly describe all services, including prep and aftercareIncreasing savings for guests through our Membership Savings Program and retail salesDeliver an outstanding client experience through incoming communication, proactive outreach, a warm and friendly first impression and positive and productive close out.Communicate with guests in person or by phone/ text /email through our customized software, using brand protocols and professional grammarContribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance, cleaning, and staff schedulingAssisting with social media following specific brand protocols Maintain a clean, inviting and luxurious environmentOpening or closing the salon as keyholder Multi-task using multiple software programs to track leads, salon scheduling, guest communications, social media postingsREQUIRED SKILLS:Must be at least 21 years oldMust have reliable transportation2+ years salon or membership sales/retail sales experience is mandatoryExperience handling opening and closing duties independentlyStrong attention to detail Communication and ability to articulate specific details critical to our servicesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment using multiple software programsAbility to work weekdays/weekends/eveningsExperience with MindBody Software preferredPermanent positionWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?Hourly wage; commiserate with experience Free lash extensions and other salon servicesDiscounts on retail products Applicants who meet criteria for the position, will be contacted.Compensation: $15.00 per hour WHAT WE DO:The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
