Schedule Flexibility

Candidates should have a flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings.

  • Assist members and guests with inquiries and product selections.

Communication Skills

Product Knowledge

Stay informed about products available at the front desk and possess a working knowledge of the Club Ready system to perform tasks related to memberships, personal training, and merchandise sales.


Customer Assistance

Provide answers to basic billing inquiries, assist in searching for prospects and members, and uphold the aesthetic and culture of Anatomy.


Daily Operations
  • Answer inquiries regarding the club, class schedules, instructors, and trainers.
  • Utilize cash management and the Club Ready POS system.
  • Process membership and service payments efficiently.
  • Guide customers on current promotions, discounts, and special events.
  • Receive deliveries and ensure proper distribution within the club.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful image, adhering to customer service standards.

Daily Expectations
  • Ensure cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Avoid personal tasks during work hours.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby organized and tidy.
  • Stay updated on interdepartmental communications.
  • Timely communication with the Membership Sales Team regarding interested guests.
  • Maintain a pleasant demeanor when interacting with members and guests.
  • Practice good eye contact and a friendly tone when greeting.
  • Follow and complete the provided Opening and Closing checklists.
