Schedule Flexibility

Customer Assistance

Provide answers to basic billing inquiries, assist in searching for prospects and members, and uphold the aesthetic and culture of Anatomy.


Daily Operations
  • Answer inquiries regarding the club, class schedules, instructors, and trainers.
  • Utilize cash management and the Club Ready POS system.
  • Process membership and service payments efficiently.
  • Guide customers on current promotions, discounts, and special events.
  • Receive deliveries and ensure proper distribution within the club.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful image, adhering to customer service standards.

Daily Expectations
  • Ensure cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Avoid personal tasks during work hours.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby organized and tidy.
  • Stay updated on interdepartmental communications.
  • Timely communication with the Membership Sales Team regarding interested guests.
  • Maintain a pleasant demeanor when interacting with members and guests.
  • Practice good eye contact and a friendly tone when greeting.
  • Follow and complete the provided Opening and Closing checklists.
