  • Retaining business and growing market share in assigned territory by providing an enhanced customer experience for RCIS agents
  • Educating agents on RCIS products and providing consultation on how to more effectively market RCIS products to their customers and grow their business
  • Identifying new or enhanced products and services that will assist agencies in maintaining and growing their business with RCIS
  • Identifying training needs and taking a lead role in training agents on RCIS products and software
  • Ensuring that agents are complying with all regulatory requirements related to processing their business

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 or more years of experience in the Crop Insurance, sales or market-facing area
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associates Degree with 6 or more years of experience in the Crop Insurance, sales or market-facing area
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in the insurance sales or market-facing area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Crop Insurance
  • Ability to execute effective sales strategies
  • Market and distribution experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry from a market and underwriting perspective
