Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our team of craft and foremen from project startup through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in business development, building relationships with customers, and bringing in new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's team of craft and foremen from project startup through completion
- Assist in business development through building relationships with customers and bringing in new opportunities
- Connect with General Superintendent to ensure each project has qualified personnel and necessary tools and equipment
- Review SWPPP Plan and ensure accurate reporting and implementation
- Oversee project meetings
- Provide mentorship and training for upcoming leaders in safety, scheduling, quality, and relationship building
- Build effective relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support the company's core values
- Seek out new project opportunities
- Ensure quality issues are addressed timely and implement changes to eliminate re-occurrence
- Conduct daily reports and analyses
- Oversee timecard entry, review, and approval
Requirements:
- Ability to assist estimating in self-performed operations
- Ability to assist in work plan development for qualitative pursuits
- Ability to support pre-bid/proposal project schedules
- Ability to communicate safety expectations effectively and address unsafe acts with corrective action
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000.
