We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our growth activities, resources, and teams in North America. As Regional Head of Markets, you will be responsible for implementing the region's growth priorities and strategies, ensuring strong alignment with direct and indirect channels, revenue-generating marketing campaigns, communications, Customer Care & Experience, and partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your management experience to drive growth initiatives across multiple markets and channels.
  • Build and sustain programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and implement business plans that integrate market planning across diverse areas.
  • Cultivate partnerships and agreements that serve the business.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  2. 7-10 years of management experience in a global business environment.
  3. Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment in assessing multiple competing opportunities.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results.
  5. Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
  6. Proficiency in English and excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.

The salary offer for this role is between $145,000 and $170,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
