The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician to join our outpatient practice in Renton, Washington. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our medical director and contribute to the development of our value-based care model.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Partner with our care team to engage patients in care and drive behavior change
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care and maximize impact on the population
- Participate in team-building activities and shared discussion of challenging cases
- Contribute to the development of our value-based care model and practice innovation

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Current licensure in the state of Washington
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively
- Board Certification
