The OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Physician to join our outpatient practice in Renton, Washington. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our medical director to drive practice innovation and deliver high-quality patient care. You'll be part of a dynamic, value-based care environment that's designed to support your success and well-being.
What You'll Do- Provide best-in-class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
- Partner with our care team to leverage our coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population
- Enjoy weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases
- Work in a state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model
- Benefit from leadership that values your input and understands the importance of work-life balance
- A competitive salary range of $265,000 to $285,000 based on a full-time schedule
