Our team of experienced physicians and care coordinators work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that focus on prevention, early intervention, and ongoing support. We are seeking a talented and compassionate Physician to join our team in Renton, Washington. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our senior patients and their families.
You will work closely with our medical director and care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of our patients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date on the latest advances in geriatric medicine and value-based care.

- Provide comprehensive primary care to senior patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of patients and their families.
- Work closely with our care team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between providers.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in geriatric medicine and value-based care.
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
