About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Health Physician to join our team in Renton, Washington. As a key member of our outpatient practice, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.
As a Senior Health Physician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our medical director and care team to develop and implement innovative care models that improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will also have the chance to participate in ongoing practice innovation and contribute to the development of new care pathways and protocols.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between providers
- Participate in ongoing practice innovation and contribute to the development of new care pathways and protocols
- Work closely with the medical director to develop and implement innovative care models that improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
- Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
