The OpportunityWe're seeking a talented Physician to join our team in Renton, Washington. As a key member of our outpatient practice, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
You'll work closely with our medical director to develop and implement innovative care strategies, while also collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Partner with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to optimize care coordination and population health management
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss challenging cases and share best practices
- Contribute to the development of innovative care models and strategies
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Current licensure in the state of Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Board certification
