Your Role

The Senior Solutions Architect for Media Supply Chain at Ateliere collaborates with traditional media, entertainment, and various organizations to rethink and enhance their workflows. You will focus on developing solutions centered around the management and orchestration of the media supply chain, particularly in packaging and delivery. This role involves integrating solutions related to rights management, scheduling, content centralization, asset metadata management, content processing, delivery, mastering, storage, localization, and archiving, as well as third-party software integration and automation, enabling clients to effectively manage and distribute content worldwide.

Key Contributions

  • Engage with Ateliere clients to gather requirements, specify, design, deploy, and support the implementation of the media supply chain platform.
  • Convert client-defined use cases and operational needs into comprehensive narratives, conceptual flows, and relevant documentation using BPMN or UML notation.
  • Outline the architectural framework, necessary equipment, and project resources essential for fulfilling RFPs, proposals, and consulting tasks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, and Professional Services to conceptualize media supply chain solutions for clients.
  • Provide high-quality consulting services, proposal development, site assessments, and project team meetings as part of technology and project planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Desired: AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect/Cloud Practitioner, Avid ACSR (Storage, Media Central - any, Media Composer), Quantum StorNext, VMWare.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, AutoCAD, Visio, Omnigraffle, PowerPoint, and standard desktop conferencing tools.
  • Extensive and practical knowledge of file-based media workflows, digital media supply chain, and the software/hardware/hybrid platforms enabling these workflows, including MAM, Storage, Archive, Transcode, and Post platforms.
  • Experience in live television production, studio production, and post-production is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with high-performance shared storage (SAN, NAS, object storage, cloud/remote), transcoding (Vantage, Elemental), various MAMs (Iconik, CatDV, Dalet Flex, Avid MediaCentral/Interplay), editorial platforms (Avid, Adobe), cloud hybrid workflows, remote workflows (Teradici), and virtualization platforms (VMWare ESXi).
  • Self-motivated, excellent communicator, collaborative, and client-focused.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
