- Present and sell consumer loan products to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of the loan.
- Work closely with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have with their loan.
- Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
- Previous sales or customer service experience a plus.
