- Participate in working groups representing Liquidity Operations, ensuring that items under testing are presented and properly articulated.
- Be a first level of escalation for risks to testing, coordinating with teams where dependencies lie.
- Ensure exception processes are enforced and documented.
- Instill operational discipline into existing team processes.
- Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls, and executing strategic plans.
- Mentor and advise on directional strategy, analyzing subject matter and its application within the role and the business.
- Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Serve as a technical mentor for an area within the business.
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of related product reporting and analytics, utilizing knowledge of systems and process flows to provide insight and recommendations on identified issues.
- 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with global project management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $196,320.00, as well as discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
