Job Description

V2X is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Control Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our program management office, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations and logistics of our program management office, managing workflow and maintaining efficiency between various program divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Operations: Oversee the daily administrative operations of the program management office, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Manage workflow and maintain efficiency between various program divisions, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Contract Management: Responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, developing appropriate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Program Scheduling: Assist in the implementation of program schedules and suspense tracking, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Communication: Coordinate with the COR/ACOR and subcontractor partners on contract requirements and concerns as needed, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Deployments: Available to deploy to all international locations and/or theaters to perform quick reaction subject matter expert support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Perform complex analyses and prepare reports supporting the program management function, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and coordination to the contract or project task(s), ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Facility Administration: Manage facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to Task Order requirements, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and ensure quality assurance directives are compliant, ensuring high-quality deliverables and services.
  • Program Scheduling: Assist in defining and implementing program schedules for all employee activities, including travel, benefits, and retention and recognition programs.
  • Human Resources: May assist human resources with hiring, training new employees, and conducting performance reviews, ensuring effective talent management and development.
  • Records Custodian: Serve as Records Custodian, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping and management.
  • Communication: Communicate with outside vendors and other contacts and service providers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Team Oversight: Oversight of Program Control Analyst Team, ensuring effective leadership and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Seven years of related technical project support experience, including administrative and financial tasks.
  • International Experience: Experience in international human resources management a plus, including understanding of TESA, SPOT, Foreign Clearance Guide, and various host country immigration visa processes for both work authorization and business travel.
  • Contract Management: Demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Experience in the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of personnel and financial requirements.
  • Communication: Skilled briefer to assist in providing training and status updates to program and corporate leadership, subcontractor partners, and vendors as needed, as well as orienting new hires into program and/or contract requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents, or develop PowerPoint presentations.
  • Language: Fluent in the English language (written and oral).
  • Citizenship: US Citizen. Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704. Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
