- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, multi-phase transformation projects.
- Ability to navigate across various disciplines and adjust to strategic shifts.
- Proficient in communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional facilitation and training capabilities.
- Acting as a change authority within a team of senior corporate professionals, executive strategists, and project leaders.
Significant Duties:
- Developing tailored information and messaging for mission and corporate stakeholders.
- Facilitating sessions for information gathering and data analysis.
- Evaluating progress and identifying challenges to recommend actionable solutions.
- Guiding strategic, performance, process, resource, data, and technical transformations.
- Leading the creation and execution of strategic communication and training initiatives for the team.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should possess at least 15 years of experience in the following domains:
- Change Management: Comprehensive planning, scheduling, and performance assessment to monitor progress.
- Data Management: Designing and implementing methods for data collection, evaluation, reporting, and presentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Crafting solicitation strategies, gathering feedback, and deriving insights through assessment.
- Transformation Integration: Aligning strategic, operational, and technical frameworks into cohesive plans and timelines.
- Project Management: Proposing, planning, and facilitating the successful execution of specialized sub-plans and projects.
- Communications: Creating, developing, and delivering impactful communication materials.
- Technical writing for operational concepts, operational plans, and requirements documentation.
- Experience in mission-driven environments within defense and intelligence, certification in Change Management, knowledge of agile project planning, and familiarity with relevant operational missions are highly desirable.
