Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain a best-in-class ServiceNow IRM instance, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Establish and enforce governance and standards to ensure the platform's soundness, upgradeability, usability, manageability, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise compliance, ensuring our products and services meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement instance strategies, participating in technical design decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and onboard new capabilities and demands, representing the IRM instance in technical discussions with ServiceNow product teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to six years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, development, or implementation.
Preferred Skills:
  • ServiceNow Administration (CSA) Fundamentals Certification.
  • ServiceNow IRM Product experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC).
  • Deep experience working on ServiceNow Governance, ITAM, SecOps, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Experience implementing and supporting Knowledge Bases and EC Pro service portal.
  • Strong understanding and prior experience with Proof of Concepts and blueprints.
  • Ability to influence engineers and leadership on processes and order of operations needed to achieve end results.
  • Ability/desire to mentor engineers.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Stream Connect (Kafka) and Agile development methodology.
