Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Tepcon Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site logistics, including scheduling, planning, and expediting
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Coordinate and attend site meetings, inspections, and other activities as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software
  • OSHA 10 certification, with OSHA 30 preferred
