About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable commercial construction general contractor in the Savannah market as a Construction Project Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Project Managers and Superintendents on site to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement project plans, including establishing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage the Quality Control Program and enforce the Safety Program
  • Prepare punch lists and ensure accurate invoice payment processes
  • Maintain positive relationships with Owners, Engineers, and Design Consultants

Requirements
  • Experience in broad commercial construction, including Ground Up construction
  • Proven track record of managing projects with budgets between $7 Million to $20 Million
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
